been trying to take a moment these last few nights to watch @joelosteen . life can become hectic and cluttered by "things" that are really just distractions. tonight I watched a sermon of his titled "Deep Roots" where he spoke about these "things". Faith never leaves you, but your heart does need a reminder to not let the "things" around you make you lose sight of your faith. I am a work in progress. However, I can't work on it if I don't put all of my trust in Him.

There are many moments in a day when I feel like someone is throwing something at me, but knows I'm unprepared to catch it. I have a feeling you know what that feels like too. However, if we don't live on the surface and don't let those ripples pour into our heart, mind, thoughts, actions and faith... we'll be able to pick up what was being thrown and toss it right back with grace.
