Last night's #inthecompanyofwomen panel in DC was so special. These events have given me the confidence I need to make some big changes in life and work and I feel like they're encouraging those in others, too. Last night (and this morning at AIGADC) these amazing women inspired a room full of people to dream big and support each other and I think it's already starting to happen. The evening ended with an amazing question from @mike.grady in the audience who said he'd been raised by an amazing single mom and he wanted to know how to speak up and support the women around him in life and at work, without speaking FOR them. It was such an incredible moment of ally-ness and such a wonderful moment of realizing how connected and supportive we can all be of having more people feel safe and confident to speak up and own their space. Thank you, DC. ❤️
