Imagine if we all just focused on doing this even for just one person. The world would be such a beautiful place. Who's down for this? It could be done with such a small amount of effort too. Feeding a homeless person, lending a helping hand to a friend that needs help moving without them asking, offering help with a project to someone before they have to ask for it, saying sorry for something you may have done wrong even if it means giving up some "power", righting a wrong, sending flowers for no reason at all, calling your mom or dad and telling them you love them, donating to a charity, mentoring a child, being generous to someone with no motive or expectation to get something In return, swallowing your pride to fix a situation, paying back a loan to someone you've kept waiting, putting change in a strangers expired meter so they won't get a ticket, popping the question to your long term gf who's shown you More patience than you may have deserved, rescuing an animal- or simply just complimenting someone- you never know the impact of a kind gesture. It can be something really small or big- that can bring so much happiness to another person- most of these suggestions cost nothing- so what's your excuse for not doing so?
