Kids sprint time! ????? God I love this event. If you've never heard about @cafoundation, please go check it out. Most people don't know that insurance companies don't cover capable prosthetics or sports adaptive gear for those who need it because sports and activities are considered a 'luxury'. Try telling that to a 10 year old who just wants to play with his friends, or anyone who wants to stay active, something that helps your health and happiness! @cafoundation provides custom made prosthetics and gear to those who need it, because active mobility isn't a luxury, it's a necessity!
We're also here supporting @reevefoundation for paralysis and spinal cord injury research with @willreeve_, who's running the 10 mile leg of the triathlon today!
For 11 years dad took part in this triathlon alongside @rudygarciatolson, and while I'll probably never be able to bike 44 miles (I say probably just in case I ever do, but I'm pretty sure I'd be a danger to everyone on the road, haha), I hope to do the 10 mile walk next year!
