Did a HIIT cardio session this morning followed by a HIIT core session. I loved the TRX @trxtraining core session so much that wanted to show it to you. The idea is to do 30:15. Work 30" rest 15. Repeat 4 times. You will engage your core, shoulder blades and glutes. Might hurt your wrists, that's why I am going to try doing it with a physio ball on my elbows instead. @skechersperformance @wanulife
