I've been feeling a bit lost this week. Working a lot, missing friends and family and just a bit all over the shop. It's my body telling me I need to alter a few things. So I've been focussing on balancing postures in my practice, especially the #DancersPose which not only is all about balance but is strong, improves clarity and opens my heart ❤️.
