There will be days when you feel less enthusiastic about training, where you look softer then what you hoped for or where you reached for the chocolate bar instead of the protein shake. That's ok. Self degradation because of the above will only weaken your spirit and mentally mess you up. Aim for progress over perfection. As long as you make your small daily adjustments & stay aware of your mental self and not just your physical self, you will begin to see and feel results. The last thing anybody wants or needs is their results to engulf them to the stage of guilt or upset on the days you have a minor slip up. Don't become obsessive to the stage of unhappy. Life really is too short. Stay healthy and allow yourself some fun along the way. ?❤️??
