#worldmentalhealthday Thankful for every person who helped me thru the times I thought I was unbearable to be around, when it was more than difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel, when all I looked forward to was sleeping, when I was ashamed for thinking/feeling the way I did. My family stuck by me when I was always on edge. My friends took me out of the hole I tried to keep digging for myself. My coaches and teammates gave me an every day purpose. @adidas_swim , @milkmeansmore And @mutualofomaha who supported my passion, even when I wasn't performing. My community, fans, and faith that never let me down. I am loved. YOU are loved. The journey was most definitely not easy, but I will tell you it was WORTH it.
