Today is World Mental Health Day so up in my Instagram stories I'm sharing moments from #inthecompanyofwomen where we discuss (openly and honestly) our struggles with mental health and things that help us work toward finding health, happiness and balance. From open discussions about dealing with depression, abuse and anxiety to the importance of having friends and pets around you for support, these moments stood out to me for being such incredible examples of vulnerability, trust and honesty. Talking about mental health is nothing to be ashamed of and I am so thankful so so many women spoke up about these issues. ❤️
