I dislike leg day the most because arghhhhhh my legs feels all wobbly the very next day. ( I'm now laying flat on my bed ? ) But leg day is very important for the ladies !! I used to be over 80 kg during highschool , though over the years I slowly slimmed down but I wasn't fit at all. Been working out since April , on and off because I was traveling overseas most of the time but I will always try my best. ???? ?????? #happy #blessed #YingTze #gymlife p/s: sorry I have constipated face when I'm working out.
