Hurricane Matthew's not all bad. Here's @michaeldunphy at New Smyrna a few hours ago. "I've just been following the storm north," Mr Dunphy tells Stab. "The winds are blowing 40 knots offshore; I almost got blown out to sea. It was pretty hectic," he laughs.
