He should be in the medical bldg! Just look at the condition he is in and look at that mass! You can see it better with him standing up now. Did his owners have zero compassion whatsoever? They let it get THAT bad and then dumped him at a shelter? ? He is terrified in ISO and was shaking and wouldn't come outside. He has a foster offer, pledges and a private medical sponsor. He needs a 501c3 rescue NOW! This poor boy! ?? Last post: UPDATE: $590 pledges, surgery sponsor at sponsor's vet & FOSTER OFFER!!; adopter or rescue and pledges needed??Ok I lied. There are 2 dogs in the medical room at the #downeyanimalshelter who are in REALLY BAD shape. Puppy was surrendered with a gigantic mass under his chest. He was flea infested as well. Freaking abusers! ? He is only 5 years old and was really shy and scared. He is not listed online so his chances of getting rescued are low. He needs medical pledges, a foster & a rescue ?! He is at risk of being put down if he doesn't get help ASAP.
