When I moved to Los Angeles almost 15 years ago, The billboard at the corner of Wilshire and San Vicente day proudly proclaimed "welcome home Suge!" - announcing the prison release of Death Row records founder Suge Knight. He had spent five years inside for a parole violation, and welcoming him back with a cheerful billboard strikes me as funny to this day. Well, it's 2016, Suge is back in jail, and that is still some very valuable billboard real estate. #speechless
