And you will never consider any of those cold, dried up Pasteis de Nata sold over the counter delicious ever again. Because these little cuties have to be eaten fresh out of the oven, with warm vanilla flavoured custard and a pastry so thin and flaky, it melts in your mouth. And yes, I ate all of these in one sitting.
