Something that inspired me to keep on with my workouts during my pregnancy despite the fear 'coz of what many had to say. Hope it inspires you too... Pregnant or not ?

Until now... Exercise is my feel good activity that keeps me from going insane from this new life of motherhood ? it's a tough job! So I gotta keep up! ?

She shows lifting and moving is totally possible all the way to the end (yep she two weeks late??). Exercising during pregnancy(if approved) is amazing for your body and the baby. It's shown time and time again that recover will be better and you will feel less pregnancy aches and pains because your body is better at supporting the changes. This video I wanted to share because it's a workout you can do anywhere at any stage in pregnancy or not. Very friendly to your stomach but still will work the legs! Seriously I could watch her videos all day long and just stare at her belly! ?
