One year ago!!! Today my trainer had me carry 50 pounds in weight up and down stairs and I kept thinking "no wonder I was so tired when I was pregnant + carrying baby A!" (I gained about 45 with each pregnancy ??) Sheesh! ?? // also Banff is still one of our favorite spots we have visited.
