This rare and beautiful Celebes Ape... called apes they are actually a very large species of macaque. He was born Monday late morning. Photo taken two hours later. The mother cleaned him up, nursed him twice and left him on the ground? I am happy to say he's doing wonderful in our care? more pictures and videos are forthcoming??
You may see reddish areas on his face. That's from the mother pulling him out while birthing.
