Des intersections inondées suite à l’arrivée de la tempête tropicale Megi à Fuzhou dans la province de Fujian au sud-est de la Chine, le 28 septembre. Le typhon a frappé la côte est de la Chine mercredi, un jour après Taïwan oú quatre personnes sont mortes et plus de 600 blessés.
