I wanted to share my food prep with u guys! I've been traveling so much and have been so busy that it's been hard to stay on track, but I'm excited to be home for a while and focus on getting healthy!
I portioned out 3 days of meals here (I got the containers on Amazon). I also have eggs, bananas, and oatmeal for snacks. I put about 1 cup of organic brown rice pasta and 1 chicken breast for each day, along with lettuce, spinach, tomato, brussel sprouts, hard boiled eggs, strawberry and blackberries. I'll also have coffee and I'm trying to drink a lot of water! So that's the plan! Now I need to stick to it ??? I'll be cooking again on Wednesday if anyone has any good suggestions, please share ?
