I had my first training session at @roarfitnessldn today and wanted to share my how it went with you guys. I was pushed to the max by @roarfitnessgirl and I massively struggled - but that's what I love about working out. No matter how much you do, you can ALWAYS go further and push your body to new limits which is what makes it such an incredible journey both physically and mentally.
