As any good police chief would, he knows how to follow the rules — he’s already housebroken and crate-trained. And, he knows how to sit on command. His foster mom has a boat, so Jim has donned a life jacket and been out on the lake a few times. He’s learning to enjoy it. He also does the cutest army crawl when he plays.
