Pudge's eyes... Slowly getting squintier year after year... ?

Six years ago today, I drove 400 miles to Chicago to get little baby Pudge and snapped a photo with her when I got home. But it wasn't just I who drove there. My father drove with me so that I could sit in the backseat, bonding with Pudge the whole way home. My father passed away earlier this year, and this isn't something I would typically share with all you Pudge fans, but this day has always been very important to me as a way of remembering my journey with Pudge. So much so, that I've taken a photo with her on this day, every year. And since my father's passing, today has become ever more meaningful to me.
