We'll have limited amounts of #BanoffeePaella come opening day as we want to keep them all finished to order, but I hope all the early birds get to try one. Each morning, we will cook the bananas with caramel, rum, and a hint of passion fruit juice. Then top off with soft, freshly made dulce mousse, and then cap everything with a layer of crumbled salted and buttery biscuits. Simple, classic, but carefully assembled to maximize the best textures. (T-5 days until we open on Elizabeth Street! Let's have #dessert for breakfast together!)
