This was not me 2 weeks ago. I couldn't hoist myself at the fitness assessment as my grip and upper body wasn't strong enough. I didn't tell anyone, but I had my personal fitness goals going into #SpartanWorldChampionship training and the #ropeclimb was at the top of the list.
