Using my seasonings to prepare an Adobo is easy and amazingly delicious. This recipe includes my customer favorite Garlic Lovers blend??‼️

3lb pork shoulder, cut into 2" chunks
1/3 c vinegar
1/2 c soy sauce
4 whole cloves garlic
1 Tbsp FlavorGod Garlic Lovers
*1 tsp peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1/2 - 1 tsp brown sugar, optional

Place the pork in a large pan over high heat.
Add the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic cloves
Garlic Lovers, peppercorn & bay leaves.
Stir to combine and cover.
Once it starts to boil, turn heat to medium low and cover again.
Cook for about an hour or until pork is tender.
Taste the broth. If it is too acidic for your liking, add in brown sugar.
Turn heat on high with lid slightly ajar and let it boil until 1/3 of the broth reduces, approximately 5-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and fish out bay leaves.
Serve with rice and refrigerate any leftovers.

*When eating, do not bite into peppercorns! Alternately, you can put peppercorns into a mesh bag instead of having them scattered about in the cooking process.
