As the season winds down, another chapter begins.

I've been pretty dormant the last couple months, enjoying a little time away from a heavy boxing schedule. This spring/Summer I will be expanding my cliental as a Personal/Group Trainer here at Ringside GYM Hamilton. Over the past 7 years Ringside has done so much for me and I'm excited to finally be giving back to such an awesome Gym!
