This is the deal... I posted something earlier today and I have caused a lot of mixed opinions. For the most part the responses have been positive and supportive, but I also read a lot of hateful posts. I want to make something very clear: I'm allowed to have an opinion. No, I'm not trying to have a political stance, AT ALL, I'm simply speaking what I feel and what to me is the truth. I don't mean to criticize, disrespect, devalue, upset or annoy anybody. It doesn't mean I'm right or you will agree with my point of view. I respect white cops, black cops, Latino cops, Asian cops, blue/green/white or purple... It doesn't matter. What they do everyday for a living is outstanding. By me posting a video exposing the current situation and feeling of the majority of African Americans or minorities doesn't mean I'm condemning every single cop in the line of duty. I understand there are a lot of good cops out there regardless of the color of their skin. I don't think any cop wakes up in the morning thinking let me see which black person gets in trouble today so I can boom... Pull the trigger! But something is evident and crystal clear, there has to be more tolerance and we can't deny there is a serious issue with our society and racism is rampant in America. Rampant to the point of being disgusting. So please, if you don't agree with what I post, don't insult me, ask me to apologize, be quick to judge and just know that I'm allowed, even though I'm just "an actress... A celebrity in your eyes".... I'm allowed to speak my mind, post things to simply make people think and at the end say what I want. I will never post something about anybody with bad intentions or for the sake of attention. I pride myself to be an honest, good and caring person. But let me keep it real with you... I can and I will speak my mind.... With attitude and class. If you don't like it then simply unfollow me. Don't wish me bad or hate me... Because regardless of my point of view or my post to start a healthy conversation, I respect you.... Y si, lo escribí todo inglés y no empiecen ahora a criticar por haber escrito en ese idioma.
