‼️ it's happening I've created a petition online ?link in my bio? to get Self-Care classes into schools. It's become my mission & I'm hoping I'll have all your support because I believe everyone would benefit from learning how to look after themselves mentally, physically and emotionally. After visiting schools in the UK with the help of @BBC H&W and speaking to hundreds of students seeing the huge impact just a 20minute talk had on them it really confirmed that this can change lives. Imagine if every child knew that perfect didn't exist and that its ok to be unique. If they had less insecurities how greatly that could impact their wellbeing and happiness. I'm so excited to finally have a petition.
