Alfred, Karla and I placed 2nd in the mixed (male and female) relay. Couldn't be more proud of A and K. They both got personal records today (Karla did 56 minutes for 19 mi bike and Alfred ran 4 miles in 27 minutes!!!) Big thanks to @disneytriteam and @ridecannondale for their support this year. @disneytriteam helped raise over $230,000 this year for a combined $1.25 M funds raised for @childrensla pediatric cancer research program. YOU all helped us achieve that. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Thank you to MESP, Disney, @childrensla , the sheriffs department, the lifeguards and all of the volunteers today. And again, thank you all so much for helping us raise over $13,000.
