Meal planning for next week. This is a modified version of a weekly spread I tried a few weeks ago. I liked the layout and adjusted the content a bit. Trying out the "portion log" to monitor how much I'm eating in each food category. I'm using this mainly to track if my diet is balanced, since I'm a picky eater and I don't always eat what's good for me.
