This sweeping view is from Shepherds Lookout in @visitcanberra, which offers an impressive perspective of the Murrumbidgee River. It's an easy 30 minute drive from the city centre to the Woodstock Nature Reserve where you can park your car, then it's a 45 minute return walk to the lookout.
