Thursday grind ??
First lower body session in over a week due to my hip. I took it really steady today. Light (ish) weights and I dropped my reps from 10-12 to 6-8. With 4 sets. Most of the time after a long rest or recovery period the will to go hell for leather is high and although mentally I feel good, physically I know not to push it just yet. I don't want to take one step forward 3 steps back. I have physio later with @fullmotion_physio followed by a hot bath before bed so the test will be how my hip feels in the morning. That's when I'll decide at what level to take it to on my next session. I'm all for training hard when the times right, but for now I need to listen to my body and just train smart. ??
