Rouse founded the #NYC Veterans Alliance (@nycveteransalliance), a grassroots advocacy organization that gets #veteran and military members and their families involved in local-level policy solutions. She will be one of hundreds of military members in attendance at the historic Commander-in-Chief Forum live from New York City presented by @NBC News News and the Iraq and #Afghanistan Veterans of America.
