First run back (only 30minutes) after my 2 week end of season break! Just a few easy runs over the next week before getting fully back into it by the end of next week. It's important for athletes to have breaks after training hard all year. Such a nice place to run, felt refreshed (and a little unfit haha) loved being back into it!
