One of my favorites, our Mini Me Cake, with five different textures of chocolate: feathery-light chocolate mousse, a moist chocolate sponge cake, smooth chocolate ganache, crispy chocolate Mini Me's (miniature meringues), and a dusting of velvety cocoa powder on top.
