I stay healthy in the summer by muddling fruit into my cocktails ??

Peach Julep
2 oz Bourbon
10-12 mint leaves
3-4 slices of very ripe peach
1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust depending on how sweet you want it)
Muddle mint leaves, peach slices, and simple syrup in mixing glass, add bourbon and stir before straining into glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint and peach slice.
