Two weeks of shutting down with the family. Took a while to do nothing. Who knew that be difficult. (Of course gym doesn't count. That's just fun and needed) With feet in the sand everything makes sense. New goals made. New energy found. Constant gratitude. Time to focus. Longboat Key and Ft Lauderdale and Cutler Bay offered a lot of feet in the sand moments. Loved my time in Florida. Even scoped out a possible new family home. It was that good. Time to return to the UK and get into some rehearsals for Murder Ballad.
