I'll keep it short and sweet.

Despite feeling disappointed with my performance I want to say a huge huge thank you to anyone and everyone that sent me messages of support over the past few weeks.
The love has been relentless and means the world to me. Seriously.

The Rio 2016 Olympics, for me, is being put down as another learning curve and experience. So now its time to rest, fix some body parts and then get right back to it!

This is just the beginning.
