Waking up early and getting creative can be tough, but this morning I learned there's no better ally in the fight to get out of bed than Dwayne Johnson's new app the #therockclock (free, iOS and Android), an alarm clock with no snooze and endless ass kicking.
This morning I set it for 5:20am, and on cue @ドウェイン・ジョンソン interrupted my sleep saying the word "beep" over and over again. It's such a strange and confusing sound that it forced me to actually think about how to make this stop, because of this I got my ass out of bed and achieved today's goal - PAINT THE ROCK.
