Tanzania is an East African nation a tiny bit south of the equator. Serengeti National Park is home to lions, elephants, cheetahs, rhinos and giraffes and Kilimanjaro, a dormant volcano. Kili is the highest point in Africa. ?

Our goal was to conduct medical tests at altitude with the Mayo Clinic to study how the body reacts to low oxygen. Snazzy high end ultrasound devices aside, we still needed to bring up food for the journey. The guide, cook and porter staff arranged by Kili Treks did a fantastic job of getting everything dialed in. The 20 litre (5 gallon) buckets come in vibrant primary colors. A nice reflection of the kind and happy people of Tanzania.
