But guess what? The sacrifice has been worth it. I asked earlier this year what you were sacrificing to get to your dreams and I also asked myself. I realized I've had 30years to eat whatever I wanted and drink whatever I wanted. It's time to really enjoy life and reach for my better self. Now...I have my days! But these days, those are few and far between. I wanted my next big job and got it. So now it's time to put my hard work where my heart is. I have better energy, a clearer mind, a smaller stomach lol, and I'm finding that my self esteem is soaring. And boy o boy I haven't heard myself sing the way I am in such a long time!!! Self care is so important. I thought I loved myself before but I love myself even more. So much so, that I am treating my body better and I am so proud of that.
