Still trying to find the balance of juggling being mommy, wife, sister, daughter and model. Most days I feel like there aren't enough hours in the day and then there's the feeling of needing time for myself too (which has been tricky to make time to workout) but being happy and healthy allows for us to be the BEST version of ourselves. On days where I feel exhausted or unmotivated I cheat and put @proteinworld pre workout in my water, it's the smoothest and best tasting drink I've found (and I've tried a lot) Anyway, to all of you reading this you're amazing !!! Let's stick together and make our workouts our bitch ??? and thanks to my fav trainer @bodybyjd for pushing me to my limit.
