TAG A FRIEND ☀️ I've learned to be comfortable with how my body fluctuates during different periods of training & diet. I would love to stay ripped while also retaining all my curves... Unfortunately for me that's not always an option. This is why I take time off to build up isolated muscle mass (lose the abs for a bit as I "bulk" up) and then shred back down to a desired look. At the end of the day I've learned to love my body through all the stages it goes through and I've learned not to give into temptation of always being photoshoot or stage ready.
