When I first saw these crystallized roses, I knew I needed to use them in a cocktail! This drink is bubbly, fresh, and delicious. It also just happens to look gorgeous in your favorite glass!
In a pint glass, muddle 3 strawberries and 3 lemon wedges with a dash of simple syrup
Add a shot of vodka and 2 ounces of rose water
Add ice to the top of the pint glass and shake
Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice
Top with your favorite champagne (make sure to leave room for it!) and a crystallized rose ? ? I received my roses from @freshoriginsmicrogreens. If you can't get them, feel free to garnish with a strawberry, lemon wedge, or any edible flower! ?
