✨ today was magical. Once again I'm so proud of how females can empower each other. I met three beautiful women who had been through their own struggles which had knocked their confidence. @itvthismorning gave me the opportunity to meet them and challenge them to strip down to their bikinis on London's South Bank live on national telly.? When we were trying on the bikinis I could see how difficult it was for them (and many of you I'm sure feel the same). We have been bombarded with perfected flawless retouched images of what the "ideal bikini body" is - and it's not real. What's real is deciding that you deserve to be happy and are good enough as you! These women today proved that you can get body confident and I am humbled by the impact they will have today.
