I am definitely not one to post stuff like this but... Today is a very sentimental day for me and marks exactly a year since my life changed forever. I am not sharing to brag or boast about my body but to hopefully inspire or connect with somebody needing an extra boost. Knowing the dark place I was in physically, mentally and emotionally in the picture on the left makes me want to encourage anyone in a similar situation that there is someone you can confide in... ME!!!! Having said that..... I am SO excited to announce that I will be starting an interactive healthy lifestyle blog (coming in a few weeks ?) that will share my full story and stories of some of my favorite dancing friends and their everyday lifestyle habits! I'm here to prove that no tummy tea, crazy diet pill or over the top restrictions will make you feel as truly happy as healthy does. ?
