For this month’s hashtag project, #MHPlyrical, we want you to turn your favorite lyrics into a photo or video. The project is inspired by the work of photographer Nicola Antonio Espósito (@esposin), who creates surreal images based on his favorite songs. (His photo here was inspired by lyrics from the Coldplay track “Yellow”: “I came along / I wrote a song for you / And all the things you do / And it was called yellow.”) Nicola recommends being playful with your images: “My advice is to not be so literal.” When you’re ready to post, make sure to include the specific song lyrics in the caption.
PROJECT RULES: Please add the #MHPlyrical hashtag only to photos and videos taken this month and only submit your own. Any tagged visual taken this month is eligible to be featured. If you use music in your video submissions, please only use music to which you own the rights.
