Very (very) wise words from the team at @bossladiesmag - I struggle with this idea a lot and it's helpful to remember that there's a place between full-speed and reverse. When I feel overwhelmed and burned out I so often turn into a pile of tears on the couch, with the next logical step feeling like a full stop. But I'm trying to get better at learning to slow down and rest, rather than giving up and ending entirely. Now time to take that advice and give myself a littler afternoon break...
