OK people it's simple. Here's how it goes. ?If you get us cats something vertical, sturdy, and cool like this, we won't scratch your beloved sofa. ???
So use your heart and mind and have compassion and common sense to not amputate our toe bones and claws! ??
When we scratch with our claws like this, it strengthens our back muscles, among many other health benefits. Which is really important for cats or any animal or human being for that matter if you know what I mean.
Canadians and Americans cat owners, how about joining the rest of the world and not doing that mutilating and inhumane procedure, that some unethical and evil veterinarian invented in the 50s, to your cats! Good grief!
And stop the dumb #&@$% excuses and the willful ignorance, it's not very becoming.
