(facebook.com/therealsararamirez). We need to increase the conversation about how to create REAL, grounded, impactful, mindful solutions to protect our LGBTQ PEOPLE OF COLOR. The systematic creation of RACIST, TRANSPHOBIC, BIPHOBIC, and HOMOPHOBIC spaces will come to an end only by acknowledging and addressing it directly. We must all take responsibility for the hypocrisy that we have allowed thrive, but are too afraid to talk about. It is EVERYONE’S responsibility protect the most marginalized in our society, who continue to experience discrimination no matter what spaces are made available. #Intersectionality is our STRENGTH, not an excuse to ignore, dismiss, and devalue human beings. DO IT FOR OUR CHILDREN, DO IT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS, DO IT FOR EQUALITY, DO IT FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR COUNTRY. IT IS LONG OVERDUE. STEP UP. #LGBTQ #Latinx #PeopleOfColor #Women
